Deposit & Withdrawal Policy


Deposit Introduction

It is not necessary to deposit any funds into your account, in order to register with TraderVC. However, you will not be able to begin trading until you have met the minimum initial deposit requirement of 250 USD, EUR, GBP, or the equivalent in your chosen currency.

It’s important to note that full verification of identification and voice is required, in order for both deposits and withdrawals to be processed. If we do not receive the required documentation, and voice authorization between you and one of TraderVC’s Brokers, your account will remain inactive and you will not be able to withdraw, or use any of the services offered by TraderVC. How to Make a Deposit

Transferring money into your TraderVC account is a simple four-step process, as follows:

Step 1 – Use your username and password to sign into your trading account.
Step 2 – Click on the ‘Deposit’ button at the top of the screen.
Step 3 – Select the payment method you would like to use to transfer the funds into your account.
Step 4 – Choose the amount you wish to deposit and follow the on-screen instructions.

Deposit Amounts and Payment Methods

In order to make depositing funds in your account as easy as possible, TraderVC accepts a variety of popular payment methods. You can credit your account using any of the following:

Credit and Debit Cards – We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro. Please note that the name on the card used to make the deposit must match that of the TraderVC member.

Bank Wire Transfer – We’re also happy to accept bank wire transfers, for which the minimum amount payable is 500 USD/EUR/GBP. In order to receive detailed information for our bank details you need to get in touch with a representative from our Finance Department.

We are working to add more payment methods to those we accept all the time – please check back regularly or get in touch if your preferred payment method is not yet listed.

We cannot accept any deposits that come from accounts that are different from the primary TraderVC customer. You therefore cannot use the funds of a friend or family member to make a deposit into their account, even with their permission. Deposited funds will appear in your account when TraderVC receives confirmation that the payment has cleared.


Required verification procedure for withdrawal

In order to comply with applicable law, we are required to request additional documentation to verify the identity of our customers, and receive a voice authorization between the customer and one of TraderVC’s brokers before any withdrawals can be made. We ask that all customers kindly read our terms & conditions, privacy policy and compliance obligations before opening an account. Here you will find more information about our verification process.

If you are yet to verify your identity and activate your account, we ask that you send us the relevant documentation at your earliest convenience. We will begin processing your withdrawal request only upon receipt of satisfactory verification documentation and voice authorization. We appreciate your cooperation in this important effort to fight fraudulent activity and identity theft.

How Long Do Withdrawals Take?

Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to be processed and transferred to your account.

How Do I Request a Withdrawal?

Withdrawing funds with TraderVC is a simple four-step process, which is as follows:

Step 1 – Use your username and password to access your account.
Step 2 – go to My Account section and click the Withdrawal tab.
Step 3 – Please enter your withdrawal amount and push button “Withdrawal request”

What Withdrawal Methods Are Accepted?

Funds will be withdrawn to the original deposit source. In cases when this is not applicable, funds will be transferred directly to the card owner’s bank account.
